…low standards

Following a post referencing my analogy for inequity being labeled as the sea of mediocrity, I received a few emails asking more about this notion.

Simply put, I feel many individuals (in general) simply wake up and exist – with little motivation to be better. These folks love to complain and blame their lack of professional and/or personal growth on those around them – usually at the expense of a demographically or socioeconomically driven conspiracy theory.

If you take it up a level, the good ‘ol US of A is struggling as a nation because many individuals are xenophobic unmotivated slugs with a growing sense of entitlement. The US is not falling behind – the rest of the world is catching up and I sure do hope folks realize this and change their ways.

…make wise choices.
